There are a number of reasons why you might be feeling fatigued, including lack of exercise, a thyroid disorder, a vitamin deficiency, too much caffeine, sugar or alcohol, hormonal changes, or even a poor working environment that features poor lighting or a lack of oxygen. Drink a lot of water

Staying hydrated is key to staying healthy and can help boost your energy levels. That’s because dehydration can cause fatigue, fuzzy brain and sleepiness during the day. If you are just drinking coffee and tea, you’ll need to drink more water since both are diuretics. Try and get in at least six glasses of water a day!

Get enough sleep

Are you getting enough sleep? If not, you might be tired during the day because you’re not getting quality sleep. You should at least be getting seven to eight hours of sleep at night. In order to improve your quality of sleep, you’ll want to go to bed and get up at the exact same time to establish great sleeping habits. Make sure that your room is dark, well-ventilated and cool to get a better night’s rest. Try not to fall asleep on the couch and limit any caffeine or alcohol right before you go to be, which can keep you up longer. If possible, try to get in at least 30 minutes of quiet time before you go to bed by reading, listening to soothing music and the like.

Figure out your emotional state

Sometimes, your mental state can drain your energy levels. It’s best if you address any underlying emotional issues so that you’re not exhausted all the time.
